We
Consult, Design, Prototype & Manufacture
Advanced Composites & BioComposites

We are a company that specializes in providing solutions to companies that are interested in utilizing Advanced Composites & BioComposites in their business to help them realize their full potential.

Our team with extensive experience in the field of composites can assist you in planning and de-risking your manufacturing process. We have a thorough understanding of composite materials and processes, as well as strong ties to the material supply chain.

We examine your ideas, provide design for manufacturing assistance, and develop molding tools using the most up-to-date technology and software. Our design team are there to assist you in ensuring the highest level of quality.

We can quickly build direct composite molding tools thanks to our in-house tooling block machining. We provide high-quality prototype composite and 3D printed components to ensure our customers needs are fulfilled.

Our composite manufacturing facilities provide structural and aesthetic components of the highest quality. We fabricate fiberglass, carbon fiber as well as natural fibres using techniques such as Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM), Light Resin Transfer Molding (LRTM), Compression Molding & Open Molding.

Our Products

We provide the highest-quality composite solutions utilizing the best materials to provide world-class products.

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (CFRP)

CFRP provide the ideal balance of high specific tensile strength and light weight. CFRP is increasingly being utilized to replace metal parts as light-weighting needs spread across industries.

Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymers (GFRP)

GFRP are a less expensive alternative to CFRP, having lower specific strength and better RF transmissibility. GFRP are much lower in cost compared to CFRP and is typically the most commonly used fiber in various industries.

NFRP is made from organically produced materials like oil palm and kenaf and can be used to in the place of glass & carbon fibers. NFRP is a form of BioComposites that reduces the amount of synthetic fibers in a component by replacing them with abundant natural waste (fibers).

Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM)

VARTM is a technique that uses vacuum pressure to drive resin into a laminate. Vacuum infusion produces strong, lightweight laminates and offers substantial emissions reductions (compared to open-molding processing and wet lay-up vacuum bagging).

Light Resin Transfer Molding (LRTM)

Light Resin Transfer Molding, or Light RTM, is a process by which composite & biocomposite products are manufactured using a closed mold system. The closed mold consists of an “A” side mold (base mold) and a semi-rigid “B” side mold (counter mold) that is sealed to the “A” side mold using vacuum pressure. Resin is drawn into the resulting cavity under vacuum.

Compression Molding

Compression molding is a manufacturing process in which composite or biocomposite materials are sandwiched between two matching molds under intense pressure and heat (from 250° to 400° F) until the part cures. This technique is used to rapidly cure large quantities of complex fiberglass-reinforced polymer parts.

Composite Mold Casting

Resin casting is a plastic casting process where liquid synthetic resin is filled in mold and allowed to harden. Traditionally this process is chiefly used for small- scale production such as industrial prototypes and dentistry products. It can also be used by amateur hobbyists and manufacturers to create collectible toys, scale models, models of objects, figurines, and small-scale jewellery production.

Open Molding

In open molding, raw materials (resins and fiber reinforcements) are exposed to air as they cure or harden. Open molding utilizes different processes, including hand lay-up, spray-up, casting, and filament winding.

The only place where you’ll get the perfect composites solution for all your industry needs.
